We are a small family farm with limited staff and continue to do our best to get our meat to you. When we are busy, understaffed, slower than normal to serve you or get back to you, or there is a mix-up with your order please know that this was an honest mistake made by hardworking people who are working extra hard to make sure you continue to have access to our products during staffing shortages.
