Healthy Deli Meats
Our Organic deli meats are a healthy and wholesome alternative to conventional deli products. Conventional products are ultra processed and full of additives, and preservatives. We started making our clean and simple deli meats due to our daughters’ severe allergies. We needed to feed our family meats free of the chemicals and fillers that were routinely in these processed meats. Our daughters and us wanted to eat sandwich meat, hot dogs, bacon, smokies, kubasa and garlic ring without worrying about the ingredients and what chemicals we were ingesting. This is why all of our deli meats and sausages are only made up of simple ingredients: our own organic meat, organic spices, when the recipe needs a bit of sweetness organic honey or maple syrup and pure natural salt. Our deli meats are naturally smoked in our smoker.
All of our deli meats are made in our own butcher shop here on the farm. No preservatives are used at any time including no cultured plant extracts like celery extract. We do not use sodium erythrobate, polysorbate 80, nitrates, sulfites, sulfates or msg
All the spices that are used are certified organic, gluten free and are mixed on site. No prepackaged spice mixes are used. It is important that we use certified organic spices in our products. By using certified organic spices, it means that they contain no herbicide or pesticide residues, no preservatives, no chemical anti caking agents and are not irradiated.
All our products are gluten free. We do not use any fillers or binders, including potato flakes, breadcrumbs, dairy products, hydrolyzed plant protein, soy isolates, rice isolates, pea protein, or any of the other fillers found in industrialized food.

We started out wanting to make clean healthy food that we could feel good about feeding to our family and we continue so that we can provide our grandchildren and our customers with the same clean healthy food.
