Hens Raised With The Seasons
In the spring, summer and fall all of our laying hens are pasture raised...In the winter they are moved indoors into warm barns....We do not add colourants to our hens’ feed to standardize the yolk colour....You will notice brighter yellow yolks during the summer months and paler yolks in the winter
