Questions About Online Ordering
Do you have questions about our new online ordering? Here are answers to questions we have received since we launched three weeks ago.
When do you add more specials to your website? Our staff normally make up new boxes on Monday so we will have any new boxes or products added to the website by Tuesday at noon.
I don’t see a particular product available online, can I still purchase it? We currently only have a selection of our products online. We have many more items available at our own locations in Edmonton and Calgary. To receive a full list of all of the products that we have and their prices please email us at the farm asking for our price list or product list.
If we don’t order online are these boxes also available at your locations? No. The boxes listed on the website are only available online.
I am not comfortable ordering online. Can I order these boxes over the phone? Yes. If you would prefer to order over the phone you can order these boxes by phoning the farm office 1-877-393-3133. Office hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 2:30pm. All phone orders need to be in to the farm office by Thursday at noon of the week before you would like to pick up. For example to pickup on March 5th you would need to order by Feb 27th at noon.
I normally buy your products at a natural food store, can I order online and pickup the boxes there? No. By ordering online you are buying directly from the farm, and so must pickup at one of the locations that we own and operate ourselves.
